The Nordic Bakery opened in London in 2007. This is their first cookbook. Most of the recipes are easy to make, a few take more time. Focused on fresh and natural foods and seeing baking as a social activity, these recipes include breads, savory pastries, cakes, pastries and buns, tarts and cookies. With color photos throughout, these make for good, wholesome eating. Both British and American measurements ae included.
