This Finnish designer brand is celebrating 60 years! Marimekko's classic poppy print Unikko was born in 1964 after Armi Ratia, company's founder, had announced that Marimekko would never print a flower pattern. Luckily, designer Maija Isola refused and created an entire series of floral prints which have since become iconic for the brand.
