Nordic Ware is a family-owned business that started in a Minneapolis basement in 1946. Their first products were specialty Scandinavian Pans and tools: the Krumkake iron, Rosette iron, Platte Panne pan, and the Ebelskiver pan. And of course they are famous for the trademark Bundt pan that is now a baking staple. Since then, they have expanded into all types of cookware, but remain a local business with a lot of heart.
