This cheese slicer features 2 densities of serrated edge for easy slicing of medium and hard cheeses. It also planes and the double points are perfect for serving. Very clever! Stainless blade with lovely wood handle. Made in Norway by Thor Bjørklund and Sons in Lillehammer.
