Saft is a favorite in Sweden and Norway. Cooking fruit or flower blooms with sugar creates a concentrated syrup (saft) that can be mixed with water or sparkling water to make a delicious juice (or added to a favorite cocktail). Mix 1 part Saft with 5 parts liquid. Available in three flavors: Lingonberry, Elderflower and Black Currant. 16.9 oz
